Beauty of the Day

As I was looking out the window first thing this morning, a spot of color caught my eye. It had rained heavy during the night, so I expected most of my flowers in bloom had the buds removed or floppy. I did my usual and grabbed my trusty camera before going outside. One of our beautiful lilies that had a bud yesterday had opened. As you can see it is hard to pass up a beautiful shot like this.

I go a bit crazy when I see all that God has give us, but many don't recognize his beauty as something he has give us so freely. I thank him every moment of the day for the little things in life. He gave us life, so he must be recognized for doing so.
