ANOTHER place to share my work

Well, it's official, my art & photography is not only available on several sites, hanging in a gallery or two, being shared on fb, etc., but I've finally succumbed to renting a booth at our local artisans emporium! Swallowed my silly pride and decided to offer some older paintings, posters & prints to the buying public. It's true! Needed to move some pieces out in order to make room for the new. I find it hard to keep creating & producing when hanging onto works that would be better shared with others. I've had the pleasure of their company long enough! Don't know about you, but a piece of my heart goes with each one.

Last Saturday afternoon, the emporium held their big holiday bazaar & 4th anniversary party! Eats, treats & music filled the room, plus all the vendors showed up to welcome visitors & buyers. Kinda fun! Sold a few pieces, which gives me hope! Always a good thing. Actually enjoyed strolling through the huge space to see what hidden treasures were being offered by others, while being serenaded by a soulful guitarist who performed lot of my favorite oldies from Donovan, Dylan & such. Happy to see some familiar faces...and meet a few new ones, too.
