With influences as diverse as Rousseau and Miles Davis, new variations are crafted from both mundane and transcendant structures.
Ever since I was a postgraduate I have been fascinated by the endless oscillation of the human condition. What starts out as contemplation soon becomes corroded into a hegemony of futility, leaving only a sense of dread and the unlikelihood of a new reality.
As wavering replicas become reconfigured through boundaried and repetitive practice, the viewer is left with an insight into the limits of our condition.
