Fall is here

Well fall is here along with the turning leaves comes rainy weather and it getting dark entirely too early. When I get up in the morning and head to work it is dark, and it is dark on the way home, which little time during the working week to work on my art, aka take photographs of everything. Today on my lunch break I decided it was time, I had to wander some paths and get some fall photos before all of the leaves are on the ground. I went to "Sesqui" a state park in Columbia, SC. There is a nice lake, geese, ducks, a little waterfall, and some decent trails. Today was overcast but still bright, so I hoped to get some good fall scenes with decent contrast, without harsh shadows that I would typically deal with at mid-day. It was around 65 degrees, so not too hot, not too cold. The only complaint was the buzzard sized blood sucking mosquitos.....
