The jack o'lantern chuckled
Then winked his funny eye,
"I would rather be a pumpkin-face
Than be inside a pie!"

Jolly Wolly pumpkin-face
You're happy tell us why.
"I'd rather be a pumpkin-face
And not a pumpkin pie!"
