The Native American Dog Soldier

These warriors were the Navy Seals of today. They were fierce fighters and there appearance was created to intimidate their enemy. I think there makeup and uniforms were absolutely beautiful. These warriors many times acted as a decoy so their tribes could escape. They fought for their tribe and the tribes way of living. I think these men should be celebrated for there bravery. This is part of a series of Native American Warriors I'm painting.
