Creative Energy

I have noticed that when I am down I feel as if I have no energy to be creative. Yet if I can muster the energy to do even just a little drawing, or painting-something creative, my energy comes roaring back! Then creative ideas start flowing tumbling a river through my mind, and it becomes hard to choose which ones to focus on! What I really want to do is paint. So that is what I am working on!
