A Happy Place

This morning, I took a few photographs of my living room, the hallway with a large bookshelf of art supplies, two easels, and a stool that I use as an art studio catch-all (table, drying rack, etc). As well as a large window looking out to the back porch, and a little container garden that I have growing out there- purple pansies in small terracotta pots, and winding green morning glories crawling up red willow shoots. Fine Art America limits the amount of photos that you can post per blog entry, so I am only using one. What artist isn't happy looking at their paint brushes? I have a place with two bedrooms, but tend to gravitate towards the largest and brightest open space in the house. Something about not feeling restricted by walls, having the right space and place to create.

What is this blog-sphere think tank?
